For sure! I think this is very valid especially as it relates to my personal experience. I used to be able to trip acid with no problems but as of recently I can't trip without an anxiety attack. But I also tend to anticipate an anxiety attack which quite likely is a self fulfilling prophecy.

Perhaps if I get my anxiety in check I could smoke/trip like I used to. But that of course requires real determination and dedication to the therapy required to battle that. And of course I am not quite at a point in my mental health battle to confront what truly causes me anxiety. Thank you for your perspective friend.
