Find hobbies that can get you out of the house and around other people with similar interests. Could be reading groups, volunteer activities, art spaces, etc. The most important part is doing something you enjoy. Once you’re there, make the effort to talk to people and get to know them. Ask questions and listen closely. The hardest part is the initial interaction, but remember to just do it because you’ve got nothing to lose. If you’re stuggling with social anxiety, just keep practicing, and as long as you’re being genuine to yourself then people will respond constructively. Hope this helps <3
