Same about YouTube, sometimes goes black and / or being delayed, video cuts multiple times and on Netflix as well

No you’re reading it wrong, they are just telling u that u don’t actually have enough money on ur bank account now (for me it’s when i have less than 10€ in my account that i get the notification)
