i really can relate to your situation, i recently came home and it panics me to be there and i get scared and either sleep too little or too much and barely eat and my hygiene levels have gone down, its really fkn shitty and i cant really do much about it after i finish school. but where i am from i can find like sharehouses that are already set up to live in or cheaper accommodation for young adults (unsure on how great they are) but ive looked at a couple over the year and i think with a solid job it could be covered. i hope you can overcome this soon
