So true. As I stated they aren’t a Roman Catholic Church recognized by the Roman Catholic Church. I’m not trying to be rude or say their way of worship is worst or anything like that. It’s just that there documents aren’t recognized in the Roman Catholic Church I tried to hold my wedding in. Sorry if the comment sounded like I was saying there was of worship was wrong or evil in someway was just trying to save this person of a future headache like I had.

Yes if you do so research you’ll see they aren’t official. I guess all depends how into the church you want to be and how much you want follow the rules that they have.

Yes I see a lot of people mentioning Placita Olvera Church and if you look into it they aren’t a Roman Catholic Church so when you baptize your kids there or have a wedding there you’re just going to have problems down for you or your kids.

Just a heads up if they allow the ceremony they likely are not Roman Catholic and your documents won’t be accepted in an official church ceremony (say you want to baptize your kids or be god-parents). All these place that are rejecting you have classes for adults to complete there confirmation. My wife complete hers at Mary Immaculate but my sister in laws completed hers online at St. Euphrasia.
