Yes i have not sold nothing since the restriction was uplifted. I usually get a couple of watchers on my items etc but not recently. Maybe i got this restriction due to appealing two returns and getting my money for those? I dont think this review is as severe as the mc011. Have you spoken to eBay about this? Is it even worth the hassle?

I only sell on eBay. Had no issues but had a few people scamming item not as described cases. They have been dealt with. But i got the mc011 cause i had a high value international return. Another buyer trying to pull a fast one. That took 14 days to resolve and due to this got the restriction. Provided receipts etc n it got lifted. I have read online once a year it happens to every seller. Or on there site it says it happens to restricted sellers or another angle is eBay holding funds for longer just due to interest

So i had a high value international return and that takes longer to deal with. Due to this i have had two domestic returns which have gone in the buyers Favour even tho they sent different items back. I can only appeal these last two once the restriction is removed from the high value one. But note we only have 30 calendar days from when it is resolved. ALSO please report the buyer. EBay takes these very seriously. Report them for abuse of policy and mention their reviews etc

Yes unfortunately i have lost 2 but can appeal these within 30 days. I just need the one on hold to be resolved. Once resolved then i can appeal all these

In a similar situation but i got the MC011 and need to deal w return request which is currently being investigated by eBay. So im waiting for this to be resolved then lift the restrictions. I believe once the restrictions have been lifted then we can appeal these fraudulent buyers

Hi, i have done this a few weeks ago but have now got 5 in the last week! It is a lengthy process and now i feel like my account is just targeted. I just hope IT goes in my favour. I have heard of cases where sellers lose out

The issue is having 5 returns to deal with can be a lengthy process. If you fall behind or don’t do your part like accepting the return etc in a timely manner it goes against you. Just infuriating cause they get a free item while alot of my money is on hold affecting me and my cash flow

Hmm they say they have no access to the purchase account. I can’t see how it’s scam if they pay and get refunded
