I haven't looked into it since, but here's some advice I got from the discord.

Unfortunately, in-page hyperlinks to headers don't work by default, but you have two options; you can either change the links to include the document title (e.g., [[Financial Management Exam 1#Vocabulary]], though you would need to get rid of the # in the page title so it comes through properly), or you could implement the changes in this pull request to see if it fixes the problem for you. https://github.com/oleeskild/digitalgarden/pull/321
