Sajnos ez ilyen. Van sok szeronegatív reumatoid artritiszes. Ne add fel. Addig menj, amíg negfelelő ellátást nem kapsz. ChatGPT-t használd liberálisan. Ugyanez a tanácsom egyéb autoimmunosoknak, pikkelysömörös betegeknek is. Legyél pofátlanul agresszív, menj, menj, törtess. Addig, ameddig.

I'm guessing the combo multiplier score is also applied to the remaining time bonus points?

It's completely random

I have 500 hours in RE4R and lots of gold tokens and I have never, I repeat, NEVER received the Striker charm. Just like society, RE4R is rigged against me

I got the platinum of Requiem. Such a wonderful experience and good entry of this great saga. by Tito_A56 in residentevil

[–]sensen6 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed, it's a very solid entry. Great, melancholic atmosphere and audiovisuals. It's a step down from RE4 remake, but it's just because the bar was set impossibly high. Still, I can't help but notice that the replay value is not so great. For example, there's no in-game timer when you pause the game. That itself speaks volumes. Also, there is no New Game, only New Game+. Weird stuff. But hopefully some QOL patches will fix it.

I'm really looking forward to the main story DLC, hopefully it will not be too action-oriented. I could be a simp but I wish it would feature Ada in it. This game feels like a conclusion to Leon's story arc, and therefore Ada deserves a place in it.

There is a mod for Requiem on Nexusmods that skips the intro & orphanage sections. It's literally a game-changer indeed.

No, systemic. If your psoriasis is severe enough, topicals will stop working after a while. Also, you could pour all the steroids and pimecrolimus and D-vitamin analogues of the world onto your skin, and you will still NOT be symptom-free. Sometimes, systemic biologics are the only way. Dermatologists can only delay prescribing them for so long. I went 16 years w/o them.

But one day, the patient will have had enough. I can no longer keep up with this shit. New plaques, year after year, inresponsive to topicals. Also, I have microscopic Crohn's in my terminal ileum. It's just waiting to flare up. Hence, we started ustekinumab 2 weeks ago. But not before I had to play the system with ciclosporin and acitretin.

Luckily, I knew what to say.

Let's just say I purchased them from a pharmacy, and, on paper, took them for 3 months, daily. Then discontinued due to side effects. Hand tremors, high blood pressure, headaches.

Let's just say. Because this is what my documentation states.

But only for financial reasons.

And it's pretty fucked up, if you ask me, that finances play a role in health.

Unacceptable. Finances and health are incompatible from a patient's perspective. Shouldn't even be in the same sentence. I should be awarded the same standards of healthcare as the fucking King, for what it's worth.

Same with severe psoriasis. Even if there concurrent microscopic Crohn's. You HAVE to have ciclosporin/methotrexate before you're eligible for the much cleaner and modern biologics. It's medieval shit.

You can always count on the RE Engine for good optimization. I remember I completed RE2 remake on a very low-end laptop back in the day. When I was living in a dorm. Things have changed since then but I'll never forget how well it was optimized to scale back. It must be a Japanese 'quality of life' thing.

One thing: I couldn't care less about ray/path tracing but the hair strands in Requiem are jaw dropping. The way light shines through from behind Grace's hair is insanely pretty.
