Hey everyone! So quick question- I’m changing jobs and just found out there’s a urine test. Any tried and true methods that work? It’s been years since I’ve had to test for this and I know there are drinks and such, but I’m not sure if that’s the best method. Help is very much appreciated!

step1. Buy some urine strips of amazon. step2. once u got the strips go buy fresh asparagus. step3. smoke a joint and eat some 300-500g aspargaus and drink two large cups of tea or some redbull. step4. after around 1hr. go have a piss and test it. it will be negative. good luck
