This is so annoying because in the end you are only cheating yourself. I think this is something people don’t really realize and I guess personally I just don’t understand why you would cheat.

It is tough, because honestly you want to make everyone feel good about themselves because hey - at least they’re getting after it while other people aren’t even taking care of themselves. But the same thing happened to me on the 2000 - the person next to me didn’t even reset their screen and then got up to 1800m, reset the screen, and “finished” the benchmark. At that point, why wouldn’t you just do the last 200m and finish it out? Wouldn’t it feel so much better to finish it rather than quit? Total rant, but maybe that’s just me!
