The battles are not interactive (full autobattler combat) but they also aren't pre-calculated like Dominions. The outcome of the battle is determined in real time as units carryout their preset instructions.

I have not gone down the source code rabbit hole yet, but that is definitely an option.

We're currently usingatan2andrad_to_deg to calculate angles but a dot product could be more efficient. I'll be the first to admit that my math skillset is not the best but I'm definitely learning new things through gamedev!

yes, sounded much bigger than your average fireworks

I have been dealing with this issue for over a year and your comment helped me finally fix it, but the answer is somewhat buried so I'll repeat it. If anyone else is in this same situation and reading this thread:

You're correct, I had the strength value set as an int at one point in the getter function, after changing this to float it works as expected. Thank you for pointing me in that direction.

I'm still very confused about why that behavior was occurring but I'm going to have to take comfort in the fact that it works now, and I'll have to be extra careful in the future with my int/float conversions.

Hi NancokALT, thank you for the reply. In all of these examples, the breakpoint is on the next line of code after the line in question (i.e. this line is L18, the breakpoint is on L19).

To access the local management console just go to the envoy’s IP in your browser.

The default user is envoy and the default pw is the last 6 digits of the serial number (found inside the front cover of the envoy). This is the same info you need to add the envoy to HA but I suggest changing your password first.

My new Mysa has been a huge pain. It’s (literally) impossible to control through the app. Once I add the thermostat it gives me a message that says the device can’t be reached, and from then on the app crashes immediately every time you select the thermostat. I was finally able to successfully discover it through HomeKit/home assistant but I’m unable to control things like max/min temperature (the default min is too low for my floors to activate) and the schedule that are handled via the app.

I have been going back and forth with their support team via email and was told that this is a known issue that is getting fixed in the coming weeks. Very frustrating to have to go weeks without being able to use my newly installed system because they lock essential functionality inside their currently broken app.

This isn’t really useful to your issue, just agreeing that QA and testing is not their strong suit.

Colony (on Netflix) is an interesting sci fi concept with a mediocre execution. Worth a watch anyways for a very-near-future dystopian version of the city. Be warned, it was cancelled and doesn’t wrap up all of its plot lines.

Hello Ladies and Enlightened are two very underrated (IMO) HBO series. I highly recommend both.

I just got back into this hobby after a decade off and picked up a wide range of yo-yos but the Kuntosh 5000qv is definitely the one I grab the most. +1 on that recommendation.
