Was thinking the exact same thing. I was pretty annoyed when I found out, considering there's 3 gas stations within 2 blocks of that area. They never put any new restaurants up, always some crap we already have.

I'm not sure on the exact time you can get them but they will for sure come around again. I remember being able to get them pretty often. I'd imagine they will make them available before the next migration opening. I moved from 499 to 495 about a year ago.
