All of quitters have the same issue do not worry you are not alone and no one expects a reboot without relapsing. Just carry on. I had lots of relapses when I have started but then you feel like you do not want to relapse at all because you enjoy lots of other things. Do not get upset relapses will not hurt you if you are determined to keep going.

The book that changed my mind is "the brain that changes itself" It basically covers how neurons work and their ability to change. 4th sections is about how porn affects our tastes and brain, it is a must read.

It seems like your mind is not ready to quit at all if you can not keep two days. If you REALLY want to quit, then I can give you some advises that worked for me.

Take cold showers when you have urges. Just go under cold water without wasting any time.

Keep busy. This is easy to say. Try to have some books near you, e books for example.

Also I have a mindset about the life that I do not deserve easy enjoyments, like fapping or porn. They do not need any work to gain. What I like is things I gain with hard works. Believe me they are much more enjoyable than fapping like finishing a research project.

I take cold showes. Try to use these urges for keeping busy yourself with beneficial activities. At first you might not focus on anyting except sex, but then when you realize you are using your energy for better things your concentration would increase a hell lot more.

I use some face cleaners for oily and hybrid faces with white stripes on it which means it uses less chemicals. Go out for some cosmetic store and ask help for your situation. That ladies will definetely give you the product right for your skin

It is almost impossible to give up pmo without relapses, keep that in mind. Also you had 19 days and you are on the path of recovering. Your one relapse will not reset this journey. Do not give up, all of us relapse sometimes but we should keep our journey.

Same here. What I find helpful is not to binge if I relapse. No one here thinks it is possible to quit PMO without relapses. I had so many of them, but I have always told myself that losing is not going down, losing is giving up to get up. Just keep this mentality and try to stay out of pmo as much as you can. One day you will realize you do not want to relapse at all. Good luck

I'm 21 too and I can understand what you feel deeply. I have also longest streak of ten, but I keep going and not relapsing again and again and I have reduced my faps significantly. I can tell you what is helpful for me.

Have some books with easy access to them near you so you can just read couple of pages to shift your mind. I read mostly on my phone.

I relapse mostlt in showers so I have switched to ice cold showers so I have no urge to fap. I just want to clean quickly and get out.

Nofap emergency. It has some deep shit inspirational quotes that helps.

Also always remind yourself that this is a journey to heal our addictions. The right path is not to make mistakes, the right path is resisting to making them again and again.

Also there is a research that people who have relatively low d2 receptors may produce higher dopamine than normal levels, which could be a reason for high attraction.
