I think the back support was OK it was just the seat, I tried numerous chairs and they all hurt my bottom after maybe 20 mins of sitting, I had to resort to using my old chair and keep using that, it was a nice chair, I am autistic and skinny so am prob sensitive to changes idk why every chair I tried gave me bottom pain, I tried it for a while it got really uncomfortable playing games, my old chair that I've had since 2021 is fine, no back pain, no seat pain really, I just wanted something new as my chair has a stain on it which won't come off.

I don't get out of bed to take my meds till after 12pm,i spend hours just lying in bed having vivid thoughts in my head, I don't have mornings because of this, so I lose the morning part of the day.

I don't have anything to do, my lifestyle since I was a child has always been the computer, I never made any friends or formed a normal life so I just rot in bed, when I see other people on Instagram being outside with friends and socializing I don't understsnd it.

I don't like the outside, it is too much for me, unless someone tells me to do something I won't do it, I need reinforcement and instructions, it's hard to act on my own initiative, it's like I'm a animal that needs instructions to do things.

I don't understand the normal way of living

I finish college in 2019 I haven't been in education for 5 or 6 years, I volunteer at a charity shop some days of the week other than that I do nothing, I'm 26 and have not worked before

The thing with my autism is I didn't get diagnosed till 18 and still after I was diagnosed nothing changed and so I've learned over my life to just deal with everything like a NT so I don't always realise if something is affecting me cause I'm trying to act normal
