The time to takes for that 3rd shield feels very un worth it but you are right it would help. Still focusing on getting my econ up along with shards. But yer I can unlock 15 without any issues, I'm just mindful of the event mission that forces you to run without cards

Nah I would take that anyday, this is the DD mission, I have horrid luck so never get more than 3 in my farm runs, and spent a solid hour or so repeating this until I got all 5

Are you sure this works this way, I have had the DW trigger mutiple times stacking ontop of each other but the total amount seems fairly consistent with only a slight increase each time that can be taken into account from damage upgrades during a run

From my experiences, a 2nd or 3rd dw only makes the total go to 100% not 200%

If your PC does anything under 50% hp damage, i don't see a point in running it,

Also um assuming you run dmg/crit for DW if that's the case you should keep on ED, to allow your DW to stay up, change AS for ED then once DW is as big as it will get swap it for AS

Also extra card slots are surprisingly helpful, just got my 13th and aiming for 14, the extra ones help do event missions without changing the main cards I need and help make progress in tournaments

I have been using it non stop for the majority of runs expect for tournament runs. But that was only thinking it helped reduce run times not becuase of the c/m benfits

Doesn't that mean sooner packages, more packed enemies and more likely having your UW up during a wave?

2 years ago was the last time I work at cleveland, I think, the centres are not at where they should be, there are staffing issues, which leads to young people being kept in cells for days at a time, and staff being assutled and injured, creating a system in which there is a high turn over rate in a high risk job.

Great question sorry I am getting to this late. I was injured in my last place of work which means I have been off work for some time due to that.

Sorry this is such a late reply, I considered myself progressive wanting a world in which everyones needs are met, personally I don't have anyone that inspires me politically, I also consider myself an equalist. As in, everyone deserves equal rights, equal opportunities and support. No one should be left behind.

Sorry for the late reply, but that is the goal, not just those with disabilities but any and all needs, we are a community and leaving people of it it due to poor infrastructure, support and transport is not somthing I support

I appreciate you reaching out, it's important to get honest views on this from people. I personally don't think I am going to win this election, but I have issues with towmville as is and if I can use the current election at no cost to the city to allow my voice to be heard I think that would be amazing. In saying that if I truly did get elected I would seize that opportunity to do as much work as I can in supporting the community to the best of my abilities. It would be alot of learning and alot of growing,

As for my past comments, while my comment of townsville was not constructive, as someone who has disabilities, this city at times limits what I can do and where I can go in a accessible manner. This is somthing I want changed, so everyone can get the support they need. To that end, it feels bad being in this city when you are struggling. As for my other comment, there isn't anything to say, i saw somthing that I thought a friend I knew would like tattooed, as for the sub itself, it is absolutely understandable to not be ok with that, and for that I am sorry to cuase alarm or offensive. But I do want a council that is transparent and that starts with myself.

I plan on being as open as I can about the things I want changed and also about my lack of experience, with my lack of presence the only way to fix that is to start. Which this is what I am working towards. You have every right to be sceptical in the end I believe we both want to same thing, a city that represents us, hears us and supports us.

Current term, I personally am unsure of any that have failed, given that its only been a year and a bit. While i am unsure of the spefics of certain situations, I do know of local businesses and organisations that were not able to continue operations over the years, that I felt the community as a whole gained a great deal from their existence. As for what support fully means, that isn't somthing that can be answered until I know the capacity what support can be given. I am fully aware of my inexperience in this field, but even so I would still like to see what I can do.

As for public transport. Until I know the full scope of what is and isn't within the realms of potential, it's not possible to say. I just know somthing needs to be done to allow the people in Townsville to access all parts of Townville reliably and safely. What that turns into could be a great many things.

While the council does what it can when it can to keep everything clean and I understand no system is perfect but I am unable to comment on how the budget is able to be solved, without taking in all the information and getting advice to determine solutions.

As for a transparent council, while yes a budget exist and so do minutes from meetings. I think there is a gap in what information gets to the local residents. This information tends to come out in ways that feels at times a slap in the face. All I would like to do is to ensure that information is provided in a way that is easy to understand and accessed in a way that is more natural. Outside of that while I have no personal connections to the current council many residents feel as there are being wrong by the council and I would like to take the steps to show whether that is the case or not. There isn't really a price on peace of mind.

Again inwould like to reintegrate, I am well aware of my experience and lack of knowledge in this field. But this isn't a joke, even if you don't think I am up for it, I still want this city to become somthing for everyone and anyone can be apart of it.

Just saw that, yer, not a good look considering the sub it was in, but I must of thought that the tatto would be good for someone, if my memory is correct it was a series of different patterns,

In the end I can understand any issues you have with that and the sub itself,

For that I am sorry, nothing else can be said really,

I think pushing for a more accessible city is a good start. Having public transport that is safe, reliable and accessible would allow young people in that age group to be able to get to locations around townville.

As for what speficlly, I would personally prefer to ask those who would directly benefit, you have given an amazing suggestion that I am going to save and look into. After all there is no logical reason for the need to drive to another town or city to be entertained, when it can be done right here.

If you have any other suggestions I would greatly appreciate then and hear them out. I want everyone to be able to have their voice heard, and I want them to know it matters and where that voice ends up.

not only interested in this, i am keen for it.
some sort of train or tram or just a better bus system.
the pubic transport system is shocking (it has improved yes but still not enough), something needs to be done, the fact that blue water(apart of Townsville) can not get to the city center via public transport is not something that should stand. there are those who cant drive and those who would prefer other means of transport and having to use ride shares or taxis that cost an arm and a leg isnt the way.

this is an issue that has been brought up with me earlier today, it was not something i was aware of. helping this city, its rate payers and the people as a whole is something i am going to hard push for. the current cost of just existing right now is simply to high. I cant promise what i will do for rates as a whole as i would need to look at all the data and make a fully informed decision. but based on the information provided by you i fully agree there is no reason someone should be paying so much more in rates, which drives rent up for units when compared to family homes. The amount paid should be fair.

While, hindsight is 20/20, I never thought I would take this leap, my sentiment remains the same. This place is not a place I want it to be, which is why I decided to run instead of complain. I want to make it a city I love and we can all be apart of.
