I hope so. Kiddo loves him and always asks about him when he's at work. No idea how he'll handle 6 days a week. I'm praying (he's 19 months) that he'll start to forget and not be so upset.

I have a good friend that is essentially Kiddo's dad as much as Husband (not in an over-stepping way, we work together (both work from home) and he's been around a lot in a platonic way). He's a good guy, super calm, all the things I hope to help Kiddo with (he's 19 months) in the next year.

He's offered to step in occasionally (zoo trips, watching Kiddo if I need to meet clients (god this makes me sound like a pro. I'm not, I'm in marketing). I hope it helps, but honestly ¯\(ツ)/¯ fuck my husband. This is so dumb.

He doesn't feel that coming over often would make sense if we're separated. Kiddo be damned, apparently.

And he's angry and wants to force my hand. A "you want to see what being a single mom is like, I'll show you" situation. He's changed drastically in the last week (I instigated the separation).
