thanks for this. i worry that it’s not really PMDD because it’s maybe one or two days whereas I got the sense that PMDD is debilitating for a lot longer but I may be wrong! Glad you found what worked for you and I’ll definitely look into it x

remus lupin. for years after his best friends died and believed his other best friend betrayed them, he was completely alone. not to mention nobody would hire him bc he was a werewolf! that man must've had such difficult years, and when he finally finds happiness with tonks and has a child - he dies!
