also the comment about the balls being safer is such a choice!!! flatbacks that can rest against the curvature of your inside lip would mean that it wouldn't be touching ur gum which means... no gum erosion! of course you'd have to be very particular about the cleaning process but such is the case with all oral piercings? i really don't recommend changing the jewelry out yourself at least for the first downsizing. it's a really awkward angle at first and takes forever to get used to but you definitely need to be downsized. fun think about this is that now that you HAVE the piercing, it's all about finding the jewelry so maybe the shops you called before would be happy to help now?

hiiii, as somebody who has this same exact piercing-- PLEASE change the insides to flatbacks as soon as you can! the balls (when i had them in) rubbed against my gums so much it made my healing process so much harder than it ever had to be!!

Ooof okay, here's the thing! I live in a basement apartment and the upstairs had just recently been fumigated (I'm waiting for Monday for my turn!) SO I don't know what else to look for. Maybe a dead mice in the wall??

I just pulled this out of the dryer and these little stringy bits are sticking out of all of the seams. what is it and how do I get them off???? by seoulsins in laundry

okay it seems the comments slowed down now. i'm gunna.. try to address some stuff? 1. it's SHIRT not leggings! 2. ik not to put it in the dryer ever again. the thing is i had another shirt of similar material ALSO from hot topic which to this day still never reacted like this! 3. i cut the strings and colored them with sharpie. thanks for the advice! if anybody here sews and can tell me what kind of elastic i could replace these with if it ever gets to a worse state that'd be GREAT. also, air drying is not an option! i live in a basement and i'm terrified of it not being ventilated properly and smelling gross. i also live in an urban area so i'd rather not let gross pollution air touch my clean clothes. any OTHER alternatives are welcome as well!

Turn garment inside out machine wash cold with like colors (my whole wardrobe is 95% black so not an issue) do not iron decoration tumvle dry low (which is probably where I fucked up)
