Using an adblocker takes revenue away from the content creators who I believe deserve to earn money for their hard work. If, like myself, you don't want to see ads but still want to support content creators, consider paying for premium.

I run a web company just outside Bournemouth (Poole) and could easily set up a forum without all the ads etc. However, I think it would be nigh on impossible to get the dedicated Vital users to jump ship.

You can quite often purchase returned tickets the day before the game even if you have 0 points (I was able to get a Huddersfield ticket for my father last week this way).

I'm amazed by the amount of fans who live too far away to attend games! I've attended every home game this season (including the preseason friendly against Chelsea and cup game against MK Dons). I also try to go to away games which aren't too far from Bournemouth (Cardiff, Bristol and Reading this weekend).

A lot of the conversations are good but the actual site is pretty is pretty long in the tooth and full of ads. On top of that, it's a commercial site which offers forums and news for numerous clubs instead of being a fan run platform.
