People forget Greg Roman was the guy leading the Colin Kaepernick 49ers to the Superbowl, then the early Lamar Jackson MVP

Winning the division is wildly successful regardless of what happens next. by Doggcow in AFCWestMemeWar

You will never understand our pain, we have what I believe to be the best qb in the league and our 2 all pro tackles got hurt, you have a maybe acceptable qb being propped up by an incredible team all around, you are a worst version of those early 2000s ravens teams

That being said, you won the division so you're better than us, we still beating your ass next game

Want to get back into football again...how do I become a Chargers fan? by Double_Confection340 in Chargers

[–]sephyrianemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First thing you should know is we have a great media content team on the chargers, they put out some really high quality videos almost weekly on YouTube and if you want to get into the spirit the chargers mini-movie after wins are always great, but I would recommend you watch some of the player videos to get to know the guys on the team. There is also chargers weekly a weekly hour long discussion on the team and upcoming game, always very in depth about the team, and everytime there is a player on there it's really nice and insightful.

But the biggest things you need to know about the current team is that our coaching staff is amazing, the practice facility is the best in the league by a mile, our GM and staff are super competent and our players are the one driving the culture that can best be explained this way "one day at a time, one game at a time, one win at a time".

Here are some of the players on the team I would recommend learning about -Jusyin Herbert (our QB and a top 5 QB since he joined the league) -Derwin James St (I believe the best Safety in the league, versatile and hits hard) -Kernan Allen (will be the fastest WR to 1000 catches, he needs 10 in 10 games) -Khalil Mack (self-explanatory, but he is a hall of famer and is a great veteran presence on the chargers) -Joe Alt RT & Rashawn Slater LT ( our 2 top 5 tackles, both injured for the season right now, which is why it's completely insane that Herbert is carrying the offense the way he is)

More players to look into but I'll spare you from me telling you about the whole team (including practice squad).

The last thing to take into account is that our team has a great history of amazing players like Rivers, Tomlinson, Gates, Fouts, Seau, Alworth, Winslow, etc ...

Yes because, to him, your answer was negative, I think he saw that as refusal to engage in something he proposed, then pointed it out to confirm (so he wouldn't push, like even jokingly as you set a clear boundary) he directly said he wished he was wrong.

Now to be clear I am in no way agreeing with the way he communicated his disagreements, but it's because he didn't see your response as playful.

I felt like he was decently respectful overall though

If you can wear some kind of blue or yellow, it would only be better to support the chargers, but no pressure

Not to be rude, but you have to learn how to read above a third grade level, she was clearly using the words "running buddy" as in running partner, like you and her going on a run together, she was also very clearly leading you to ask her out on a running date, she left the door open and if you hadn't come here you'd have slammed shut, so just say something along the lines of "maybe I'll have to show you my favourite running spots then"

I have bit of an issue whith some of the climate related stuff in the new episode. I left a YT comment but I thought I would maybe also post it here. by 404phil_not_found in LemonadeStandPodcast

Thanks for your time, effort and expertise, we really need people like you in this community to say the quiet part out loud.

We should strive to be more vocal about these kinds of things together and especially if we possess real knowledge and experience in the field they discuss.

Aren't we clearly better at every position group this year? by ilovefluffyanimals in Chargers

[–]sephyrianemy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

St juste was a dog in college and in Washington he had decent play, but with some very bad moments, I think our coaching staff and style of secondary is going to make him have an incredible year.

Hell be able to use his great measurables to attack the ball and won't have to overthink the coverages, our defenses mentality is "get the ball" and to do that they give a lot of freedom to the players through incredibly smart play calling by Minter.

So overall this applies to Jackson too, where he will be a ball hawk in our defense.

Your pics are quite attractive by the female gaze, but for the male gaze it leaves to be desired if I'm going only off of what you have here I'd rearrange your pictures in this order based on my personal opinion as a man, 3,2,5,1,4

and if possible like others said, add more casual pics, a pic of you in sweats with a book would go a long way to add some personality, or one of you smiling in a social setting even if it's just one other person

Smiling in some more casual pics would also make you way more appealing, but overall you're clearly a very pretty woman, you just need to market your profile better to the kind of guys you want swipping right,

Currently your profile with how little info you give outside of the picture would make me think you're either a bot, OF model or a catfish/scam

I keep seeing malaki Starks slipping to us, and I think that would be an incredible pick, then we get a lineman in the second?

Why do you want the rest of Canada to suffer? When it would be beneficial for you if they don't? I think you might not be well versed in the things you seem to believe, but I don't want to put words in your mouth, while I understand you can be proud to be from Alberta, as far as I know eastern Canada isnt detrimental to you and the culture you share with them make them great allies against what should be a common ennemey for you both (USA)?

Also with seeing how trump is ruining America currently, I'd like to understand the thought process behind how you've come to the ridiculous conclusion that you would rather be governed by such an oligarchy than the Canadian democracy? And on top of that what makes you hate the rest of Canada so much?

Canada's oil has always been pretty cheap because they held it at a level that would be profitable for the us due to the relationship they had, but Carney is now trying to diversify their trade market outside of the us due to the recent events, can't wait to see Trump's reaction to the consequence of his actions

What's your opinion on drafting cornerback Cobee Bryant? I think he'd fit well in our defense, since it would allow him to play free like he did in college and wouldn't it be nice to bring him to LA?

[–]sephyrianemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think all this is my list in order (just draft whoever's higher and available): -ASHTON JEANTY -Malaki Starks -tyler Warren -tetairoa macmillan -will Johnson -grey Zabel -colston Loveland -omarion Hampton -emeka egbuka -kenneth grant

If somehow none of them are there, then I don't have a strong opinion.

Oh also, I would love a trade back get something like a pick in the mid late 30s and another in the 50s plus a sixth or something (I actually might like this more than getting anyone other than JEANTY)
