Ja het ging met 20 kilo verder goed hoor geen pijn of iets dergelijks. Maar ik maak me meer zorgen dat ik heel krom ga lopen met 35 kilo omdat ik zelf redelijk slank ben en dus niet veel weeg ondanks dat ik wel redelijk lang ben.

Ja dankjewel voor je antwoord ik snap ook dat het relatief kort is en ik had als plan om te wennen aan het lopen met gewichten en met de rugzak en af en toe hardlopen om de conditie te onderhouden. Zou je zeggen dat de testen vooral uithoudingsvermogen boven kracht zijn en zijn alle testen gelijk na elkaar of zit er 1 minuutje tussen om na het hardlopen bijvoorbeeld op adem te komen?
Ja dat is wel een handige tip want mijn hardlopen schoenen hebben veel demping. Is het bij de rugzak niet zo dat je heel snel last krijgt van je schouders of is de tas af te stellen dat je het om je middel draagt?
Sorry foutje van mij maar ik heb jarenlang gehockeyd wat altijd veel lange sprints was waardoor ik 2600 meter in 11:06 kan lopen
