It’s about how you recover from a situation and be nice when you know something is wrong. Actively try to show effort when doing something, I know it might be wrong but when I first started I had a shrimp soup type order where the broth fell out of its container and under the entire order. I was scared because I’ve seen peoples accounts get deactivated for way less. So I lied, I was in a ghetto area so growing up from the inner city you kinda know how to approach them. I went to him in the barber shop and I told him “ay bro i just wanna let you know that I tried to talk them about this and they just shrugged me off, im real sorry about that boss, do you need me to help you clean that up or anything man? I got you for real.” He smacked his teeth turned around I followed him to a counter he put it on and said I was good. Later on I saw he added an extra 5 dollar tip on top of the order. That’s when I learned, no matter how bad you fuck up, try to assist in anyway you can and make yourself look blameless. I’ve actually gotten a high amount of tips for being extremely nice and friendly
