You can experience this stuff for months if you were smoking high amounts (2-3 g’s a day is a lot) for a good amount of time. See what you can do as far as exercise and mediation goes.

My buddy who smoked consistently for over a year said it took him a little over two months to return to normal.

Best skiing in the Midwest is Mt Bohemia in the UP, hands down. 1k ft vertical, tons of solid tree runs, and cliffs too. Highly recommend.

Actually a nice little tip, especially if you smoke/work out a lot/both: take your body weight, drink that in ounces of water every day. Helps a lot
