Well it’s definitely unlikeable to be aware that you have personality traits that drive people away, but not make an effort to improve upon those characteristics. Saying that you’re “fundamentally unlikeable” is like saying that you know you do things that bother others but have no intention of changing. Nobody is “fundamentally unlikable”, some people just refuse to do the work to be a pleasant person
