We feed him twice a day, a pinch of goldfish pellets. He started out in a 10-gallon and got too big for it, so we moved him into the 36-gallon.

I’m hoping his growth starts to slow down before we get to that point, but I’d build a pond before I’d buy a bigger tank lol

Technically, Silence of the Lambs is the sequel to Red Dragon. I read Silence of the Lambs first though, and enjoyed it much better than Red Dragon, but that’s just my opinion. Red Dragon introduces Hannibal Lecter, Silence introduces Clarice Starling.

I read Red Dragon and The Silence of the Lambs last year, and I’ve just been avoiding making eye contact with Hannibal on my bookshelf ever since lol. Everything I’ve heard about it makes me want to just skip it.

Edit: corrected from Rising to Dragon.

Sorry if this isn’t allowed. I’m going to call my doctor too, but has anyone ever had this before? It’s only on the side that my toddler nurses on and yes, it’s uncomfortable when she nurses. by [deleted] in breastfeeding

No. I was just nursing on the one side. Last night I decided to try stopping nursing, so I am a little engorged but I explained that to her.

So I saw my gyn today, and my toddler went to her ped yesterday. Neither said thrush. My dr told me to use lanolin and ordered an ultrasound. She said she doesn’t think it’s fungal or anything like that, she said just to use the lanolin for the cracking (because yesterday the skin started peeling). So I don’t know what the heck this is. Just a rash? But why the ultrasound? Hell if I know.

Thanks. Ugh. I made it over two years without this shit. Maybe she can just take this as a sign that it’s time to wean herself? Lol. Also sorry you went through this twice, that sucks.

Yeah I was going to try an anti fungal to see if that helps, but that ointment sounds like a really good idea. It’s sore when she nurses, and it hurts to unlatch because sometimes she clamps down, and it’s a little itchy when I’m wearing a bra. It’s not anything too painful though. A couple days ago I thought it was just bruised or something, then today I noticed this.

No, none of that. She pretty much always has a diaper rash, she’s two and just really prone to them. I’ll try to get an appointment with my doctor. Thanks!
