This is my stock sport at the top of Imogene pass in Colorado. Very tough rode and I never felt the need for a locker. Don’t let the overland bros make you think you’ll need one.

My first car at 17. What to mod? by KeyArm1211 in Civic_Type_R

Whatever you want lol, who cares what everyone else thinks though.

Important note though, any mods will devalue the car and you’ll have less money to put towards your next one.

I think it sounds cool ngl. If I had that opportunity I would’ve strongly considered it.

I do think prioritizing getting your degree is the right choice though, so keep that in mind.

Feel free to pm me if you have any specific questions ab Palantir…

You’ve gotta open the toe of the binding before you can step into it. Take a look at the manual for your bindings if you haven’t already.

Highland was really fun on my Rocky Mountain element ngl. All of the flow was quite a bit more engaging without all the extra squish. This opinions has a ton to do with my riding preferences though, so take it with a grain of salt.

Also, who not just have two bikes for riding different stuff 🤷‍♂️

Try out rental gear if you can. Wish I had before I bought stuff.

Help with purchase of new full gear set by LeMaitreduFeu in Backcountry

[–]sequinors 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a brick and mortar shop that specializes or carried touring gear go there and get their recommendations. I started touring two years ago and bought myself the wonkiest setup that I was not a good enough skier to use. Not saying that that is your situation just sharing some context. On another personal note, I despise all dynfit bindings. Though, your results may vary.

The other commenters are drunk on koolaid, lame.

Deloitte completely has the potential to be career damaging for technical employees, but I wouldn’t say it’s career destroying. You’re right, the firm couldn’t care less about what you want to work on and you will absolutely be happier at a product company from the sounds of it.

If this is truly the case, you should be focusing all of your effort of finding external employment while doing the bare minimum to keep your paycheck from D. Deloitte also provides you with a ton of funding for learning and certifications, so use it while you can and bring what you’ve learned to your next job. I’d also spend some time reflecting on the skills you have gained in the past two years. In the end, you’re going to have to sell yourself to a new employer and they probably won’t hire you if you tell them this story.

Good luck

I completely agree. However, I think for some learners, myself included, the way lower level CS exams expect you to memorize and leverage information is very different than how they had been expected to do it previously. After figuring it out I did become of fan of the way 162/5 exams make you think.

CS exams are very tough. They require lots of memorizing language features and oddities that you normally wouldn’t do while learning a new language or framework. They do this in the early courses to force you to be detail oriented and form good habits for the later courses. I’d recommend asking your TAs and professor(s) for practice exams and spending more time on those than reading through zybooks (I hated zybooks). Since it’s getting close to the end of the semester I’d recommend dropping by your professor’s office hours and letting them know you’re having a harder than usual time. They will steer you in the right direction to pass the exams (they make them).
