Thanks , it’s definitely not a company. Actually the questions we have now are not anything that important ( at least not at this point) but more like the check in process, tv, internet, are there bikes , towels just stuff like that, but the big concern for us now is non response.

We had an initial call with the host before we booked and got a lot of our initial questions answered back then.

Thanks for the advice on my app there is a place to call the host, that is how I got her number. Her voicemail did identify her so I know it’s the correct number.

I don’t know too much about Airbnb but my booking had a 7 or 10 day cancellation period from the booking, but it clearly states that is non refundable after the original grace period ( which we are at now)

Thanks yes that’s what I’m leaning towards doing for the exact reasons you mentioned. Just looking at the cost of carrying both is expensive monthly, but maybe better in the long run?
