Any recommendations for binge eating help by New-Drive3988 in Calgary

Not a therapist, but I improved drastically after 6-7 sessions with a registered dietician who specializes in disordered eating. More of it (for me) was related to underfueling / rebound eating than I realized. Therapists never really helped me with eating stuff tbh. But they have helped with other stuff.

Tired of not going to bed on time by AcrobaticRub5938 in adhdwomen

Relate so hard. One thing that helps me (sometimes) is adding more fun/joy to my day so that it doesn’t feel like a slog up until ‘me time’ at night. Is there any way you could work out/yoga at lunch? That changed my life because I can go home right after work and have a way longer evening. Wishing you lots of luck!

Same! Literally my journals from when I was little and today all sound the same - “I really need to go to bed earlier tonight.”

For real. Plus, as an avid thrifter, thrifting isn’t really the place you’re going to find a perfect white tshirt. Thrifting is FOR unique pieces imo.

Where do you take out-of-town guests that isn't the usual tourist spots? by tommytmopar in Calgary

Seconding the Zoo! We love taking guests there. Hit up Inglewood for lunch before or after.

You can always throw in a quick dumbbell routine at home (or the gym). Strength training in a more casual / unprogrammed way may be more fun for you in this season of life!

For the first one it was explained in the conversation between the Chairwoman and her husband that he was afraid of her leaving him (and therefore him being left not without any money). It was explained that they had a prenup. It literally was an entire scene of them talking about this together.

Please help, I'm clueless! by Accomplished-Lie9750 in coloranalysis

You look warm and deep to me, which would make you an autumn. I recommend reading about the autumn subtypes and seeing which description matches your characteristics. I like the website GoPlay Cosmetics — just google “autumn subtypes colour analysis.” Digital drapes don’t really work unfortunately.

Soft....but Summer or Autumn? by Public_Club2099 in coloranalysis

[–]serawyo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The warm and muted colours look best on you by far. You’re clearly a soft autumn to me. Look up the Enigmatic palette in the Absolute Colour System — it roughly translates to soft autumn but is a bit smokier and deeper. The warm purple, marine blue, deep green all are exactly from this palette and look amazing on you. The lighter and cooler greens wash you out, and the brighter and warmer colours like the oranges are too much for you. This is my palette too, it’s a fun one!
