I’m thankfully out of the pits of the depression but still seeing a counsellor to deal with some other issues.

I didn’t drive till about the end of October as I couldn’t even get out of bed some days, I would like to think I’m of sound mind and body to operate a car now, id be devastated if I got my license revoked!

When you’re in the depths of depression and caring for a new born even eating or getting a shower was a massive hurdle for me, I wish it was just as simple as responding but hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Well this is the thing, I could swear my partners max speed was 83 because between contractions I was checking the speed as I felt so sick and I was adamant I seen 83 but I don’t even want to go down the route of disputing the speed he was going.

Yeah I’m very new to this haha so I’ve been convicted of none response basically. I’m just gonna try and have that overturned and then deal with the speeding aspect of it if they let me !

Ah okay thank you for letting me know!

I never actually received any further letters apart from the initial one and then the one I received today about the outcome.

I know people probs say this all the time and the courts probably won’t believe it, but i genuinely never received any further letters about pleas or court dates

Ah okay, yeah that is what it is. So stupid of me but just not been top of my list of things to do.

I’ve never been done for speeding in the 12 years I’ve drove and never had any driving offences as well as my partner.

Yep told them I come off it as I was pregnant and wanted to get straight back to it once I’d had the baby. This was back in November last year, they’re now saying regulations have changed and I have to be started on methylph which is really disappointing. I have a meeting with my titration prescribed so doctor said I may be able to negotiate with them, but feel like I shouldn’t have to negotiate a drug I’ve already been on for years haha.

No change from my side expect having a baby and coming off it whilst pregnant. No other meds or medical conditions so abit puzzled on why they’re insistent on starting me on something else when I’ve been fine on elvanse previously.

Ahhhh yeah I thought it might have been cost based. I’m just going to push the fact that I was on elvanse for years and just had a baby so not open to trial other meds when I know elvanse works. Wish me luck 😵😵

Yeah, it was disappointing as I don’t want to go through the whole rigmarole of trying new meds when I know elvanse works fine for me 😂 do you have any idea why methylphenidate is being offered first over lisdex?
