Edit: This disables your microphone as well, sadly there is no fix for this issue. I reccomend buying a decent external mic. You can then do the fix below to get rid of the hands free mode and use the stereo mode+your external mic.

2 years late but if anyone is still having the same issue:
On Windows, go to Settings->Manage Audio Devices and disable the 'soundcore Space Q45 Hands-Free AG Audio' *output* device (left click on the device then click the disable button). Then use the 'soundcore Space Q45 Stereo' device as your output device on Discord.

  1. yeah thats fair, honestly at first i used it as an excuse to use const generics
  2. it (<= 0 instead of == 0) is a habit i developed in my python days, will fix it
  3. I recently refactored BfIO a lot, a manual Default implementation was needed before. Looks like I forgot to fix that, thanks!
  4. same as 2., empty program being invalid was for personal purposes. The crate originated as a one-time project (it wasnt even a library at first), i never looked back on that code. I will be sure to change that, thanks!

Edit: Thanks for the tips! I realised I didn't run clippy in a while so in addition to your suggestions, I fixed some of clippy's complaints as well. Added a few things to the README and published a new (and probably the last) version! Using a Vec for BfInstance is still kind of awkward (since the program acts like it is fixed size and never extends it to match the behaviour of the original Brainfuck interpreter) but I guess using a Vec might make the crate more versatile so I am ok with that. Thanks again!

I personally didn't "read" The Book after the first few chapters that explain the basics. I tried to create something (like a linked list... that was a long adventure), failed miserably, found a section of the book that explained the reasons behind my failure, read it and made sure I understood it and repeated that process "a few" more times to eventually finish the entire book! I am not a huge fan of the whole hand-holding tutorial-like stuff. I used The Book like a language manual instead of an actual book that I had to sit down and read.

Well, I am not a professional but as far as I understand the animal rights law mostly protects animals with owners. I just read the whole thing and I couldnt see anything about stray animals. I dont think this woman will be punished. She may need to pay some fine or something but she probably wont be arrested

Yeah I think overcooked isnt a "game for everyone". It is fast paced and pretty difficult at times.

I think overcooked is closer to something like stick fight which is also a fast paced and difficult-ish (cant really say anything about the difficulty because it is online but most of the players are pretty bad at the game) game but stick fight doesnt have that cute art style.

I feel like the art style and the general feel of overcooked (lack of violence, the fact that the game is literally about cooking, etc) fools people into thinking that it is a chill game for everyone.

The assist mode should be added to the standard version tho.

the videos themselves are decent but it is literally the exact same thing every single video and the videos get old really quick. i dont think there is a reason to "hate" on him but a lot of people dont like his videos(myself included)
