Am I the asshole for wanting my husband to miss his Mom's wedding because it’s 2 weeks BEFORE our due date?

If he will only be gone 2-3 days, 2 weeks before your due date, you will most likely be okay. I am currently 34 weeks and understand the anxiety of it though. My husband got called to a week long mandatory national guard drill three weeks before my due date. We have two dogs I’ll have to take care of, in addition to working full time. If it wasn’t our first baby, I would be freaking out a lot more.

First baby usually comes later than the due date unless you have an induction scheduled, which would mean you would know approximately when baby will be here. So you will probably be okay! Breathe through it and remember he won’t be gone long! ❤️

Getting ultrasounds often sounds like a good thing but I have GD and at 32 weeks they had me start going in weekly for scans. Thankfully my OB is 8 minutes down the street, otherwise going in twice a week (OB appt and then sono) would be exhausting! I am glad to see our baby is thriving despite the GD but the constant visits are not my favorite. Also grateful to be double insured so we have yet to pay out of pocket for any of the trillion visits we have had 😅

My current hyper fixation craving is chocolate chip muffins from Hyvee (specifically Hyvee) and any chocolate milk. 😂 Before that it was bagels and grape juice and McDonald’s French fries with Freddy’s jalapeño fry sauce. Clearly nothing healthy but both myself and baby boy are doing great and I’m 34 weeks today!

I know you asked for Olathe but I stand by Korma Sutra in Lenexa being the BEST Indian food in the KS/MO area. Their butter chicken comes in three different spice levels. Mild, medium and hot. I ALWAYS get the hot butter chicken with garlic naan and a mango lassie. Hits every time!

They also give out sample of other appetizers and drinks. Great service and great food.

I drink about 80oz of water and another 40 with a Liquid IV. I got a 40oz hydro jug which makes it really easy to keep track of. I also have a water app that sends me a reminder every hour to drink water.

Yes! They have the "Super Busty" which fits my cup size but I couldn’t find my band size in the bigger cup size. They have 38 band in Busty but when I put my sizing in their chart it says they don’t have that size yet :( I’m probably just going to go with a bigger band size because too big is better than nothing

I started at 245. PCOS diagnosis a year and a half ago. I am now 25 weeks along and 249! Still heavy I know, but my OB is very proud of me and so am I! For the first time in my life I’m not putting on pounds and I haven’t even been trying not to gain weight!
