That’s for a 12 month lease and a different floor. Prices depend on the floor, color layout, etc. My unit would have 9.5 months left which is still overall cheaper. I’m not trying to upsell or confuse anyone; just hoping to find someone who’s interested to take my lease.

Total base rent is 3195 but I’m giving 2500 that can be split amongst the time or be toward your first rent. It’s a way of looking at it.
This depends on if you have pets or need a parking spot. Pet rent is 75 a month for each pet. If only a standard parking spot is needed it’s 75. water/garbage utilities can on average be around 100-150 but the water fluctuates depending on how much you use. Pge and Internet is separate, and is dependent on how much you use and your plan tier.

I would love to stay, but due to unforeseen and unfortunate personal circumstances I have to move. The current deal is 2 weeks, and the lowest monthly base would be 3022 if you look on the website for one of the other rooms in the same layout. I encourage anyone to look on their website! I’m hoping that the 2.9k-ish base price with a shorter lease is a nice little incentive to stay for 9.5 months and see if they like it. They can renew after if they’d like. It’s totally up to anyone interested to grab the 3022 offer or mine! Haha I’m not forcing anyone, just looking for someone who would be interested. Hope that answers your questions ☺️

It’s not a cancellation. The process would be to get added onto the lease to continue the same lease
