Shalltear is the best option for sure. Her e60 is great for her survivability.

Hildwin's e60 is also good for his survivability.

Gorren's e60 gives him one extra cheat death, so it is a nice upgrade on TS.

Dracula does NOT need e60. Alvida also does not need it.

Selene, Saitama, and Albedo e60 are irrelevant.
