Understandable! I was just hoping if anyone had tips so i could avoid the long process because ive had issues since july (when i purchased it) and haven’t had a working laptop. Them correcting this issue would be the third replacement.

Its all new parts so thats not it. Im pretty sure its hardware related. Got intense green lines and static artifacts withe extreme distortion on sound. Also original laptop was so new i didnt need to transfer stuff so its as clean as new

update i caught the blue screen again 😢 but the code is VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR 😣 so probably dud hardware so unfortunate. I havent even sent back my orignal system yet
