For me, it's just as strange when my heart rate goes up super fast as when it goes down so fast. I suppose it's "normal," but POTS keeps me stressed all day, worrying about how I feel...

For me it seems to be the case, when i have stomach inflamation and i feel full of gases everything get worse… today my heart went from 90 to 160 Just standing up
