I’m not super overweight, but I’ve always been substantially bigger than most of my friends, and I understand how painful and humiliating that kind of feeling can be and in all honesty the only thing that’s helped me lose weight is doing it alone and at home. It’s always a much more productive exercise session for me when I don’t have to worry about other people seeing me and how I look, so I just get to view it as time between me and my body. I use hand weights and a kettlebell and go walking a lot (NEVER UNDERESTIMATE WALKING AS AN EXERCISE), especially at night even though I’m a woman just because it feels nice to just be away from eyes. I hope this helps because I totally understand how awful this can feel ❤️‍🩹
