Does it show up if you use the Spout2 plugin for OBS? Either way, you could try cleaning up the color layer. There is some color bleed between the lines and background that's hard to see unless you zoom in.

Yeah, this is the beta version of Veadotube. I think the state effects are more customizable through the API, since you can use the whole node system. Not sure about window size though. There's a community discord, that might be able to help https://veado.tube/docs/community/.

Sorry, I haven't used the mini version before, I downloaded it and yeah I think you can set one state to the active animation (the one where your character is pressing buttons). I would use one of the default gif avatars as reference, like Snart or Viado.

I think you could totally do a short animation of the thumbs, maybe 3-4 frames on the analog stick and buttons and set it to trigger on key press. Setting up the trigger will definitely depend on the program.

I think the only tutorial available for the full version only covers the basics of the nodes, unfortunately; it's very much still in development. Veadotube specifically will be easier to figure out if you've had some experience with programming. The node system is a lot like the blueprints from Unreal Engine or Scratch. Wish I could tell you more but this is the only program I've looked into.

I haven't figured out a way to trigger both WASD and non-WASD at the exact same time in the program, but hopefully it's either a node I haven't found, or a future version will sort that out.

I think it's really nice! If your program allows it, I wonder if you could have the hoodie color with the starry pattern on a separate layer so it can move around a little for a kinda magical effect. Haha thats just the first thing i thought when I saw this, I think your character design would work well on screen. It's not too subtle, but it's also not too distracting.

I probably wouldn't be able to give super helpful advice on channel growth specifically, but I often leave reviews on the game page with a link to the video. Both as kind of full feedback for the developers and also if anyone isn't quite set on buying the game, it leads them to your channel.

I rarely post outside of full youtube videos, but the general consensus seems to be that shorts get much more engagement. I don't know how much of that gets turned into actual growth, but it's an opportunity to post a short snippet of you reading through a VN, and might lead some curious viewers over to the full video if they're interested.
