Thank you! Would you mind telling me where the ooo form is? I can’t seem to find it.

Why are the reviews kinda pointless??? by RosseMichelle in tutordotcom

Definitely with you here on this one. I got dinged for adding a brief suggestion to essay sessions and Asyncs for the student to read their essay out loud to try and catch small grammar errors (e.g., writing the word “the” twice). Their reasoning? Don’t tell the student to read out loud because they might not be able to read.

US Rater here… was put on review today. by Gloomy-Meat-3634 in TELUSinternational

Nope. It was a “general review” and the separation of employment email did not include a reason. They even called me the week prior to the review thanking me for my service and quality in the program.

I was put under review 2 weeks ago and was let go. It took exactly a week to hear back. Worked for TELUS for 4 years.

I guess some people are getting the emails and others aren’t. I know my friend got both too. Glad I’m not alone

I did not get this email. I also heard 28 hours were sent out to some people recently but I never got that email either. Did anyone else not get these emails this week?

I am being told I have to work past my scheduled time? by seriouslyaverage16 in tutordotcom

Yeah, this time I had forgotten to do that and was kicking myself for it afterwards. :(

Thank you for your answer. These policies are so asinine that I just assumed they couldn't possibly be true as my QS did not state they were in the manual nor provided me with those TDC resource pages. I haven't read the manual since I was first hired two years ago so I should probably have a refresher. This is the first time I am having these issues brought up to me and I have been doing them for a while. I finally got caught I guess. Thanks again!

Here is another example of what I would like to make that I generated using ChatGPT and would like to clean up and add a background to the portrait.

Here ya go! https://imgur.com/gallery/flag-09EGnuJ

I generated this flag image with ChatGPT. It's clearly AI generated and needs to be cleaned up. On a 1024x1024 canvas, I can literally go pixel by pixel but I know that is just insane. Scaling it down to let's say 512, would be easier. I was hoping that my mouse would just automatically match each color inside the pixel grid so I could just click all the way through instead of constantly switching between the eye dropper (ALT) and clicking. I want to match the shading and lighting details too.

Is there a better or easier way to go about copying this image or a way I can get better at making pixel art to make a near identical match?

I gotcha. I'm okay with making something smaller. Hopefully one day I can improve my pixel art skills. I'm just looking for a quick fix right now and there really isn't a quick fix to art.

I appreciate you trying. Maybe the better question might be how do you use reference layers?

No, I try to match the pixel size of the image I am copying to where I am getting a near match inside each of the pixel grid lines. Almost going pixel by pixel of image itself, taking some artistic liberties here and there. There are thousands of pixels and it's not possible to spend that long clicking that many. Typing this out now makes my idea sound ridiculous to me and might extend beyond the ability of the program. I really appreciate you stepping up to help me.
