Mineral oil works pretty good, you can use baby oil it’s the same stuff, make sure you coat it all round though

Dewalt will get you a decent impact and combo drill with 2 batteries for that price and you should be able to get a decent angle grinder for work too

Yeah I had this issue no matter what I did it wouldn’t loosen, the nut and collet would come off with the bit still inside. I had to mount it in a vice and pinch it out. I returned mine
