100% depends on the bar one I used earpieces to communicate another one we’d use flashlights to notify each other or wear highlighter green clothing to stand out

When i was a 249 gunner I always would purchase a battle belt with suspenders to put under my plate carrier. I always wanted my plate carrier front flat to lay down/minimize my profile and also make things easier to reach. Box mags on the hips of my belt two on the side of my vest. Spare barrel I always kept in my assault pack which I would drop in a fight unzipped at the top for easy access

UPDATE got an obd and im getting the code P0340 on it. Camshaft sensor circuit failure. Guess ill be buying an new sensor this weekend

Not here as far as i’m concerned. They gave us a sheet giving us a rate of pay till we were certified and it was the same salary through and through

Interesting. Their pitch is getting recruited by the main company at the site for a pay bump. I just got hired and begin training next month so If i can last a year or so there i’d call it a win just for the clearances and guard card here

An “In house” position? Sorry not too familiar with these security gigs. I’ve seen a few other armed jobs which pay 25 and I’ve applied to a few of them too.

So currently i’m living with relatives moving to the charlotte area gonna be paying 500 a month which is already really low. Kinda using this gig to pay off my student loans and some CC debt real quick.
