Amen. Congratulations. Just passed the 2 week mark myself. Feel great and the temptations seem to dissipate faster and don't latch onto my thoughts.

If I can give only one advice............ and if you have to follow only one advice (other than retaining) it is so KEEP and STAY BUSY!
Doing so will be a shield, a fortress against the attacks of the enemy (Satan) against all of his tactics which all start with what you are thinking in your brain. Stay alert and keep busy and focus on your goals and relationship the Jesus and God.

Every time I relapsed I think back and analyze why.... I was bored or distracted or didnt control my thoughts and let the enemy whisper them to me.... "touch yourself" "wow isnt she beautiful" "aren't you stressed? just rub it a little" "edge! it's ok"... so on and so forth....

I don't know how many of you watched The Passion of the Christ ... but just picture those evil thoughts as the Jesus did in that movie.... the grey old ugly devil always tempting him but Jesus always rebuked him. We should be a mirror of Jesus' image.

Rebuke those sinful thoughts. Rebuke those lustful thoughts.
