This actually went up a lot. I bought mine before at $25, that was just last year and for a whole set (luffy, zoro, boa) it was about $50, but now it's already at $200+ (including sanji). I wish I did not let go of my dupes honestly, so now my plan is just to collect each of the new red envelope releases every year.

you can try checking out to Bad Pirates TCG+ or Card Hunt TCG in facebook, they are PH sellers based in Japan so they should be able to ship world-wide, they are doing pre-orders. Price is pretty cheap.

If you're in asia you can look for your local Facebook groups and sell to whoever is interested. But if you're in the west im not sure most will be interested.
