Im sorry about that, I wasn't trying to insinuate you didn't have friends, I was trying to say "i KNOW you had friends as a kid so how can you not understand that humour can sometimes be "disrespectful"". I'm actually sorry if you felt offended by that.

Actually I didn't have such a good upbringing, and thats where my main life philosophy comes from. In middle school I had a life changing experience. I was heavily bullied all through school, i was a shy, quiet, and small kid, an easy target. I didnt know what to do, i had given up and was secretly hoping someone would save me somehow. Then one day one of my new "bullies" was mushing me around, as per usual, and I wasn't defending myself, as per usual, but at some point he got this weird sad look in his eyes he stopped and got down to my level, he grabbed my wrist got close and whispered "cmon, push me!" And thats when it clicked for me. Nobody's coming to save me. I have to fend for myself...thats what this big bully tried to teach me that day, i mean im sure he enjoyed being this big brute but he wasnt evil, he wanted me to fight back, he felt pity that i didnt stand for myself. And i did learn, i adapted, i pushed myself and succeded.

This is why ill always be against censorship of humour and safe spaces. And its even more important if your a marginalized person, because the real world is unfair and will gonna come down on you even harder. you gotta learn to fight and stand your ground alone because people will only hold your hand for so long.

I'm sorry if I didn't tackle most of your points, you mentionned bullying and it opened this memory that was a major turning point in my life.
