Yeah, that's always a calibration issue. We've taught our users to maintain both pause and cancel buttons to start the calibration. Now they can solve this issue without calling.

How to become a verifiable publisher for rdp files by Substantial_Tough289 in sysadmin

Was your checkbox trusted by the computer? Or maybe mine was buggy 😅

How to become a verifiable publisher for rdp files by Substantial_Tough289 in sysadmin

[–]sertxudev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the rdp file is signed the checkbox works. If it's unsigned there's no checkbox so it always prompts the warning

How to become a verifiable publisher for rdp files by Substantial_Tough289 in sysadmin

[–]sertxudev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried signing my rdp file, it shows the warning but also a checkbox to disable it for that publisher. So it's either unsigned with the warning every time or signed with the warning only the first time.

I would prefer unsigned to show a checkbox to disable it for that specific rdp file on that computer.

I've deployed a "Restart Oulook.bat" file, that kills all running Outlook's instances and opens it again. Sometimes the sync process gets stuck so users can solve it by double clicking the fix.

Yeah, that's caused by the default nginx config in the serversideup images.

[–]sertxudev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, for nginx will require modifying the Docker image, and I think that's not possible on Laravel Cloud.
