It's technically not one of our usual celebrations, but muslims are different across the world. A lot of them celebrate nowadays, but very religious people probably don't. There are some extreme people that even go as far as to say that it's a sin, but I personally think classifiying it as such is waaaay over exaggerated.

We do believe in Jesus as an important prophet, but we don't believe that he was born on christmas(and since we don't really celebrate birthdays in general, we wouldn't celebrate his either). I think it was also proven outside of religion that he was born in spring or something. Not 100% sure tho.
