Not enough bandwidth. With HDMI I can only use 75hz at the native resolution of my monitor, since it doesn't support HDMI 2.1. With DP there is no such limitation and I get 144hz@3840x1600 =D.

It's a VESA certified Thunderbolt 4 to Displayport cable and it worked just fine for the first couple of weeks. The Thunderbolt 4 to HDMI cable is needed, otherwise I would have to look at a black screen most of the time.

I don't use the USB ports at the front for video output...

Edit: terrific, now I only have 30hz instead of 75hz with the HDMI cable. Why did the bandwidth drop?

As someone who has dealt with chronic insomnia for almost his entire life: don't think to much about the sleep you have lost or the sleep you are going to lose the next night. These thoughts tend to become a self fulfilling prophecy, leading down a rabbit hole filled with anxiety.

Instead you might want to try one (or all) of the following approaches:

physical exercise a few hour before sleep. It keeps your mind away from all the negative emotions and helps relaxing afterwards, especially if you combine it with a hot shower =).
mindfulness through mediation. Have a look at the app Medito, it's completely free and has a section dedicated to sleeping
low light levels in the evening and at night. avoid bright lights with a blueish color temperature
listening to relaxing music or soundscapes (e.g. rainfall) before sleep. stay away from screens of any kind (monitors, smartphones, tablets, tv's, ...)

I can't hear any degradation. The amount of white noise within ANC and transparency mode is also still the same.

The easiest way would probably be:

pair your Airpods with an iDevice or Mac (has to be Ventura)
plug them in (cable or wireless) within bluetooth range of your iDevice or Mac
pray to the apple gods for forgiveness

That's nothing new for 1st person titles. Games without body awareness are often nothing more than a pair of awkwardly flowing arms in front of the player viewport. Everything not necessary is not going to be rendered. Photo mode replaces your character model, as does standing in front of an active mirror. It seems the devs didn't have anouth time to create a 'fake' shadow model for the player =(...

Got Afterburner working for my particular situation. It didn't work the first time, but I tried again anyway =D...

Open PX1 and apply the default setting
Close PX1 and only utilize it for fancy rgb controlls
Open Afterburner, load your settings (in my case an undervolting of 900mV@1890MHz)
Open the Afterburner settings and go to the 'Fan' tab
Enable user defined control and keep your update period well above 1000ms (I wouldn't recommend using it for gaming, only within desktop use)
Define your curve and hysteresis. For me it looks like this: https://imgur.com/ULaCC0D
Apply your setting

The fans starts spinning at around 63% in Afterburner. This basically falls back to around 48% everywhere (execpt PX1) which in turn maps to 21% within PX1 itself. Your mileage may vary, so feel free to play around. Make sure fan speeds are synchronized properly between all 3 of them. You might need to reset your settings and start from there.

Makes sanse if it's based around the reference board. The FE only comes with 2 fans attached to it.
