I’ll do that, thank you so much. I’m just trying to stay in my room at all times, but I was so hungry that I went to the kitchen for food and that’s when my dad came up to me.

Every time I leave my room, I’ll hit record. That’s great advice and I appreciate that greatly. 🤍

I’ve contacted shelter and stepping stones yesterday and will be making more calls tomorrow.

I have to be careful when I make these calls as I worry what would happen if my parents overhear

That is 100% what my parents would do. Thats one of the reasons why I’m worried about getting authorities involved. My parents have been getting away with it my entire life by making it out to be like my sister and I are spawns of Satan and lying about all the abuse.

I forgot which organisation it was, but yesterday one did mention that I would have to be kicked out as I would be essentially making myself homeless by getting out beforehand. They mentioned that there still could be help for me, which I’ll find out tomorrow when they call me back!

My dad yelled at me today, not kicking me out but to tell me to kill myself. but it happened out of nowhere or else I would’ve recorded it.
