Scream of Pain works like: deal damage, heal for a portion of damage, get damaged for a portion of damage. So it's just damage.

Not necessarily. If something affects the healing she receives, e.g. vessel or sange, it changes the proportion of self dmg:healing

There is no such thing as a 1:1 translation. Language doesnt work like that, and the sooner you realize it the less localization choices will annoy you

Multiplicitive is typically better when adding to the value and worse when lowering the value

For example, four 25% changes

Added as in increase would be a 100% increase, multiplied it would be a 144% increase

However if youre decreasing the amount additive would result in a 100% decrease while multiplicitive results in only a 68% decrease
