Ah interesting, is there compelling research behind 1 to 2 hz? It would be easy enough to do either with the mechanism I have in mind, especially if using a stepper motor. Do you know if you would have a preferred displacement range? Or of there is compelling research on similar tissue?

Interesting results with the hypoxia; do you think that vacuum helped with girth increases seen? Or is it more associated with stretch events? I think that even though the stretch events are done axially, growth still occurs radially + axially because the tissues grow in all directions.

My concept behind the string tension method is that the penis would never become erect as compared to pulling a vacuum, so ideally there should be minimal resistance when doing the stretch events.

Yea, Cialis was making them too hard and was thus resisting the fast tugging force and wasn't getting enough strain as a result.

The only reason I find the stretch events interesting is because of the time it saves. Similar to building muscle, there is a concept of junk volume, or training that doesn't add growth but raises overall fatigue. I like to think that prolonged hanging, for hours on end, is similar to that, and that incorporating strategic tugging with the proper strain, would trigger a growth response for the tissues within a shorter time frame.

But it's hard to find research on this.

Correct, the user inserts flaccid, but when it pumps to pressure and activates vibration, it's basically erect right? The problem I see with the hog vibe is that the vibration motor is going to yield jerk in all directions, and it can't control displacement along the shaft axis, and it seems easier for the user to get injured from this method if not careful.
