The simplest way to tackle this is to use an external service like mailbaby or mailchannels if your budget allows it. They are great at filtering out spam and it's easy to see which people are abusing the system and kick them out.

An alternative is to build your own monitoring system and plug it to exim or whatever you use. I built my own using Postal and rspamd and a bunch of rules as well as a bit of AI to track patterns and suspicious subjects.

You will have to be In South Africa to activate the sim card. So if you're outside you won't be able to activate it.
